IQ and word of the DAY

Did you know that in most intelligence tests there is a vocabulary section? This section relates most with general IQ as well. So from now on I will post a word of the day. I am constantly looking up words I see that I don't know the meaning of, and asking people who use the word what is the meaning. This has now spilled out onto my blog.
